Variety between fruit, nuts and savory flavors

Baouw's energy bars combine dates, nuts and extra virgin olive oil, among other things. Here you get flavors with raspberry and pistachio, vanilla and macadamia, and cocoa and hazelnut - an option when you want something to chew on during your workout.

The purees have a soft texture and provide variety when you prefer something that doesn't require chewing. Fruity flavors are complemented by a savory puree of sweet potato, carrot and bell pepper. The gel contains fruit and agave syrup and provides 30 g of carbohydrates per package in both of the included flavors.

Use

Use the box to try out a plan that works during your long sessions. Divide the products based on your planned carbohydrate intake and test both flavors and textures before competition.

The gels can be eaten directly or mixed with 500 ml of water per gel . The electrolyte tablets are mixed with 500 ml of water per tablet according to Baouw's instructions.

Calculate the carbohydrate content when switching between products. A puree, gel and bar contain different amounts, and electrolyte tablets only contribute a small amount of carbohydrates. Adjust the amount according to the length of the workout, intensity and what you have tested yourself.

Storage

Store bars, purees and gels in a dry place, protected from moisture, at 15–25 °C . Opened purees and gels should be stored in the refrigerator and consumed within 48 hours .
