The package is optimized for a race of approximately 4 hours , but works equally well for those who ride faster or slower – thanks to simple scaling of energy intake.

U Sports:
Mix all 3 sachets in your hydration belt and drink continuously during the race.
U Gel 30 g carbs:
• After 1 hour
• After 3 hours
U-Bar:
• After 2 hours (exclude the bar if you ride faster than 3 hours – then use it instead before the race or immediately after as recovery)
For every extra 30 minutes , take 1 extra U Gel .
Umara also recommends that you use the energy from the stations when needed.
