We help you wash this

Shell and ski clothing

We wash and impregnate shell jackets, shell pants and ski clothing. The treatment cleans the garment and improves the water repellency of the outer fabric. You can book a single garment or a set of jacket and pants.

Down jackets, down vests & parkas

We help you with thin and thick down jackets, down vests, as well as larger expedition jackets and parkas. The restoration of functionality includes washing, impregnation and lofting – drying and processing that helps the down regain its volume and airiness.

Down & synthetic sleeping bags

We offer washing and impregnation of both down sleeping bags and synthetic sleeping bags, including expedition models. For down sleeping bags, lofting is included. Choose the service that corresponds to the filling and model of the sleeping bag.

Synthetic garments, overalls & travel bags

Our range also includes restoration of synthetic-lined jackets and parkas, snowmobile overalls and synthetic-filled riding bags. Are you unsure which option is right for you? Please send us the model name and a picture of the care label.

Also everyday laundry & home textiles

Do you need help with other laundry? We also take care of everyday clothes, bed linen, and duvets and pillows made of down or synthetic. Bed linen can be booked with or without ironing. All options are available on our laundry service booking page .

What does functional restoration mean?

Dirt, sweat and grease affect how clothes and sleeping bags work. An outer fabric that absorbs water can feel wet and cold. Down that has become dirty or compressed may need cleaning and careful drying to become airy again.

Functional restoration means that we work with cleaning, impregnation and drying based on the product type and care instructions. The goal is to take care of the function of the materials and make the equipment ready for further use.

The impregnation improves the surface's water repellency. Holes, damaged membranes or loose seam tape need to be assessed separately. Please contact us before booking if the garment is leaking or has visible damage.

How our laundry service works

Choose and book your service. On the booking page you will find washing options and current prices. Choose the right service for your garment, sleeping bag or textiles. Contact us if you need help choosing.
Prepare what you are going to return. Empty pockets and tell us about any stains, damage or other problems you want us to know about. Leave the care label attached so we can read the product's washing instructions.
Drop off at the store or arrange transport. You can drop off and pick up at our location at Årevägen 75. Transport can be booked according to the options at checkout. Do you want to ship from another location? Contact us if you are unsure about the shipping arrangements.
Pick up your laundry for your next trip. Normal turnaround time is 1–3 days, depending on the season. Also allow for shipping time if the laundry is being shipped. If you need the equipment by a specific date, please contact us before booking.

Can I drop off both a jacket and pants?

Yes. For shell and ski clothing, you can book a single garment or a set of jacket and pants.

Do you also wash large down garments and expedition sleeping bags?

Yes. There are special services for larger down jackets and parkas, as well as expedition sleeping bags. Please contact us if you are unsure which category your product falls into.

Do I have to live in Åre to use the service?

No, you can also send laundry in. See the transport options in the booking or contact us for assistance before sending your products.

How long does it take?

Normally 1–3 days, depending on the season. Additional shipping time will be added if laundry is shipped. Please contact us in advance if you need the clothes or sleeping bag for a specific day.

Can I get help choosing the right treatment?

Absolutely. Email us the model name, preferably a picture of the care label and a description of what you want help with. This will make it easier to find the right service.
