Baouw Energy Bar Raspberry/Pistachio is an organic energy bar that combines fresh raspberries with pistachios, cashews and roasted seeds. Each bar provides 25 g of carbohydrates and 192 kcal .
The bar has a soft base of dates and apple with crunchy touches of pistachios, pumpkin seeds and buckwheat. It is suitable as an energy source during running, cycling, hiking, skiing and other longer activities.
Each 50g bar provides:

The carbohydrates come mainly from dates and apple. The bar contains no added sugar – the sugars occur naturally in the ingredients.
Raspberry/Pistachio combines the fresh acidity of raspberries with the rich, lightly roasted character of pistachios. The recipe contains 8.9% raw pistachios, raspberry powder and natural raspberry flavor.
Cashews, pumpkin seeds, roasted buckwheat and extra virgin olive oil give the bar a varied texture and energy-dense content.

The bar can also be used as a snack before or after exercise. Supplement with fluids and, if necessary, electrolytes and additional carbohydrates during longer activities.
