Baouw Nutrition Electrolytes Tablets Peach/Passion are electrolyte tablets for training, competition and hot days when you need to supplement your fluid with minerals. Each tablet contains 706 mg of the minerals sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium as well as B vitamins, vitamin C, zinc and selenium.
One tablet dissolves in 500 ml of water and provides a light, fruity taste of peach and passion fruit. Perfect for running, trail running, cycling, skiing and other activities where you sweat a lot.
Each tablet contains:
300mg sodium
300 mg potassium
56.25 mg magnesium
50 mg calcium
In addition, the drink contains chloride, zinc, selenium, vitamin C, and vitamins B1, B2, B3 and B6.
Potassium contributes to normal muscle function, while magnesium contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Baouw has developed the tablets with natural flavors and steviol glycosides from stevia. The product contains no artificial sweeteners, colors or preservatives.
One tablet provides only 11 kcal and contains 0.03 grams of sugar, making it suitable when you primarily want to supply fluid and electrolytes without a large amount of carbohydrates.
The product does not contain caffeine.

Dissolve 1 tablet in 500 ml of water . Baouw recommends allowing the tablet to dissolve for approximately 15 minutes to become completely diluted.
For prolonged physical activity, the manufacturer recommends 1 tablet in 500 ml of water per hour. Can be used during or after exercise.
