G3's story began in 1995 with a single avalanche probe, built for guides who needed equipment they could trust without a second thought. The deep-rooted need for trust in the mountains remains at the core of everything G3 does.
The year 2024 marked the beginning of an exciting new chapter in G3’s history. G3 is now part of the Canadawide Sports family, a leading Canadian employee-owned company that shares G3’s passion for the wild. While G3’s headquarters have moved to Ontario, they keep their feet on the ground in the Coast Mountains with an outpost in Whistler, BC. This new partnership gives us the opportunity to double down on our mission: to be the most trusted companion in the wilderness.
