Baouw Energy Bar Vanilla/Macadamia is an organic energy bar with a soft base, crunchy nuts and vanilla and macadamia flavor. One bar provides 23 g of carbohydrates and 214 kcal , making it suitable as energy during training and competition or as a filling snack.
The recipe is based on dates, macadamia nuts, cashew nuts and apple. The bar contains no added sugar – the sugars come naturally from the ingredients.

The bar also contains a total of 277 mg of the minerals potassium, magnesium, calcium and sodium.
Vanilla/Macadamia combines the sweetness of dates and apple with the richness of macadamia nuts, cashews and natural vanilla extract. Toasted buckwheat adds a slightly crunchy texture.
The recipe contains 16% macadamia nuts and 2% natural vanilla extract. The bar is made in France from organic ingredients.
