Umara Energy Package Vätternrundan is a complete and well-thought-out energy package for those who are going to cycle the Vätternrundan 315 km or other long-distance bicycle races with a ride time of around 12 hours . The energy pack is designed to deliver approximately 75 grams of carbohydrates per hour , a level that is well suited for long-term cycling with a steady load. After 9 hours:

Gels & Bars
