Baouw Energy Gel Red Fruits/Hibiscus is an organic energy gel with 30 g of carbohydrates per pack . The recipe is based on agave syrup and fruit purees of strawberry, raspberry, blueberry and rosehip, supplemented with hibiscus and extra virgin olive oil.
The gel has a soft, flowable consistency and a fruity taste with fresh acidity. It can be consumed directly from the resealable packaging or mixed with 500 ml of water and used as an energy drink.
Each 85g pack provides 30g of carbohydrates, of which 26g are sugars. The carbohydrates come mainly from agave syrup and organic fruit purees.
The recipe contains:
26.2% strawberry puree
19.2% raspberry puree
9.5% blueberry puree
Rosehip puree
0.6% hibiscus flower powder
The product does not contain glucose syrup or maltodextrin.
Red Fruits/Hibiscus combines the sweetness of strawberries with raspberries, blueberries and rose hips. Hibiscus provides a slightly floral and tart character that balances the fruit flavor during longer workouts.
All ingredients come from organic farming. The recipe is vegan and made with gluten-free ingredients.
Baouw Energy Gel can be used in two different ways:
