The Vättern run is long – your energy strategy should be simple. This Enervit package is designed to help you maintain consistent carbohydrate intake hour after hour with a combination of sports drink + gels + chews + bar , plus a clear plan for when to take what. During long races, it is often recommended to aim for around 60–90 g of carbohydrates per hour , which is easier to achieve with several different sources.

Why this package works for the Vätternrundan

1) Easy to reach the carbohydrate goal
Isocarb makes it easy to get carbohydrates on the go: 2 scoops in 500 ml = 60 g of carbohydrates (and you can also mix 90 g in 750 ml if necessary).

2) Easy when things are going fast – and when your appetite fails you

Before starting
