Enervit Liquid Gel Lemon is a fast-acting, easy-to-drink energy gel developed for endurance athletes who need maximum energy during hard and intense races. With its effective 2:1 formula of maltodextrin and fructose, it delivers 30 grams of carbohydrates per gel - perfect when you need to refuel quickly and keep your intensity up all the way to the finish line.

The liquid consistency makes it easy to swallow even during high exertion, and the practical resealable cap allows you to dose in multiple doses. The fresh lemon flavor gives a light feeling without being sweet or heavy.

Use

1 gel ≈ 30 g carbohydrates

Take 1–2 gels per hour depending on intensity

Maximum 8 gels per day
