Each 34g pack contains 6 chews , which together provide 30g of carbohydrates in a 2:1 ratio of glucose to fructose . This combination allows for high carbohydrate uptake per hour with good gastric tolerance, even under high load.
Carbo Chews are easy to chew , simple to portion and serve as a practical alternative to energy gels , especially for athletes who prefer a firmer consistency. The product also contains vitamin B1 (thiamine) which contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism during physical activity.
