Couscous ( wheat ) (32%), lentils (12%), soy protein ( soy (98%), flavoring, salt, antioxidant (rosemary flavor)) (12%), carrot, cream ( milk ), onion, green beans, cauliflower (4.1%), corn starch, rapeseed oil, spinach (2.7%), celery , soy sauce ( soy , salt, vinegar), vegetable broth (salt, glucose syrup, yeast extract, onion, modified starch, maltodextrin, vegetable concentrate, flavoring, sugar, vinegar extract), garlic, flavoring, antioxidant (ascorbic acid).

Cooking

Tear off the top of the bag at the marking.

Add 3.8 dl of warm water up to the level marker.

Stir well, close the bag with a ziplock and let rest for 8 minutes .

Eat the meal within 2 hours of adding water.
