The Montane Unisex Minimus Nano Pull On Waterproof Jacket is a market-leading, ultra-lightweight waterproof shell , developed for trail running, racing and fastpacking in challenging mountain environments where every gram counts. Weighing in at around 100-110 grams (size M) , this is one of the lightest fully waterproof garments in its class , designed to be worn at all times – but barely noticeable – until the weather turns.
The jacket is built with PETRICHOR TECHNOLOGY™ 2.5-layer membrane , an extremely thin and durable PU laminate that provides full waterproof protection (15,000 mm water column) combined with high breathability (15,000 g/m²/24 h MVTR) . The 20D tricot surface together with internal mesh print protects the membrane and maintains comfort even directly against the skin. Everything is treated with PFC-free (PFAS-free) DWR for a more sustainable choice.
The minimalist design is completely focused on function at high speeds. A half-length YKK AquaGuard® zipper makes it quick to put on and take off without compromising packability. The PIVOT 0 hood has an elasticated edge and rigid peak that stays stable in wind and rain without the need for adjustment cords - perfect under a cap or running vest. Elasticated cuffs and hem seal out the elements.
Designed specifically to withstand the rigors of ultra-marathon competition and mandatory gear, the Minimus Nano packs down to the size of a palm in a vest or pocket. It's not designed for heavy backpacking, but is great for emergencies, competitions, and fast-paced alpine adventures where protection needs to be deployed quickly.

The Montane Minimus Nano Pull On is an ultra-light and packable unisex shell jacket. The model has a Trim Fit , which means a body-hugging fit adapted for running and other high-paced activities.
The sizes differ from Montane's usual men's and women's sizes. Therefore, use your body measurements in the table and not just the size you normally wear.
The measurements in the table are body measurements in centimeters, not the jacket's finished garment measurements.
| Size | Chest width | Waist | Hip width |
|---|---|---|---|
| S | 87–92 cm | 66–71 cm | 87–92 cm |
| M | 92–97 cm | 71–76 cm | 92–97 cm |
| L | 97–102 cm | 76–81 cm | 97–102 cm |
| XL | 102–107 cm | 81–86cm | 102–107 cm |
| XXL | 107–112 cm | 86–91 cm | 107–112 cm |
Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest. Hold the measuring tape horizontally and let your arms hang relaxed.
Waist: Measure around the natural waist without tightening the tape measure.
Hip width: Measure around the widest part of the hips and seat with your feet together.
Please take measurements over a thin base layer or a running shirt that corresponds to the layer you plan to wear under the jacket.
Use the chest measurement first and then check the hip measurement. The elastic hem of the jacket means that the hip measurement can also affect the fit.
Since the jacket is pulled over the head, there needs to be enough room across the chest and shoulders. If any of your measurements are close to the upper limit of the chart, the larger size is usually the safer choice.
