Energy package for ski races between 4-9 miles
For those of you who intend to go to the Vasaloppet, Öppet Spår or one of the seeding races, Umara has the perfect package. With a structured energy plan, you will reach the finish line in new record time, or just a more enjoyable journey on the road.
The package delivers 90g of carbohydrates per hour for 7 hours and is therefore all you need in addition to water from the stations if you travel for about 7 hours. If you are out and riding for longer than that, we recommend that you also supplement with a sports drink or other energy from the stations (in addition to water).

The package is complete and the only thing you need in terms of energy for up to 7 hours of riding. If you are staying longer than that, we also recommend that you use the stations. You can of course do that even if you go in 8 hours or faster, but if you are that fast, you know that you don't have to stop if you don't want to.
