Store-related questions.
Where is your shop located?
- Our shop is located approx. 200m from the square in central Åre.
What are your opening hours?
- Our opening hours are seasonal. So to find current times, it's easiest to look at our facebook and or google page.
Can I pick up my order in your store?
- It is of course fine to pick up your order in our store. You just select that option at checkout.
Deliveries.
What are the shipping costs?
- All orders to Swedish addresses over SEK 999 are free of charge, otherwise shipping costs from SEK 59. For orders within the EU, SEK 1500 applies, otherwise SEK 149, the rest of the world shipping costs SEK 895. The exception is skis, mountain sleds, poles, ice spikes where shipping costs SEK 1495
How do you ship?
- We normally deliver with DHL and Postnord. Bulky packages such as sledges, skis and ice spikes are sent with Schenker or Bussgoods.
How long is your delivery time?
- We normally send your order within 1-3 days as long as everything is in stock. After that, it depends a little on the shipping company. The simplest thing is that you have downloaded the app Mina Paket or Postnord's app and you can follow the package all the way.
Open purchase?
- You always have 30* days to purchase from the time you collect the package from your agent. If you want to return something, just contact us by email: [email protected] and state the order number and we will email you a return shipping slip. We will refund you as soon as we have received your return and checked that the item is unused, all tags and packaging are still intact. NOTE: In the event of a return, any shipping costs for the order will not be refunded.
* For products with a best before date such as energy and freeze-dried food, 14 days of open purchase applies.
Costs for return:
The return cost* is SEK 69 for orders within Sweden.
*Return of skis/Sleds costs SEK 249
International customers pay themselves for any return shipping.
Where do you deliver?
- We deliver to the whole world. You will find the different shipping options at checkout. ATTENTION! international buyers from countries outside the EU may have to pay both import and VAT on orders.
Winter related questions.
If I order a ski package from you, will you install the binding? Does it cost anything?
- Assembly is included free of charge when you buy skis and bindings from us. Regardless of whether it concerns ready-made packages or whether you assemble your own.
Can I upgrade to a different boot/binding than those included in the packages?
- It is of course fine to upgrade if you want a different boot or binding. You only pay the difference. Contact us and we will help arrange this.
Do you sharpen cross-country skates?
- Yes we do.
