Store-related questions

Where is your store located?

Our store is located about 200 meters from the square in central Åre and is easy to find from the main street.


What are your opening hours?

Opening hours vary depending on the season. For current times, please refer to our Facebook page or Google profile, where we always update our opening hours.


Can I pick up my order in store?

Absolutely! You can select "Pick up in store" at checkout when placing your order.


Delivery information

How much does shipping cost?

Sweden: Free shipping on orders over 999 SEK, otherwise from 59 SEK


EU: Free shipping over 1,500 SEK, otherwise 149 SEK


Rest of the world: 895 SEK


Exception: Skis, mountain sleds, poles and ice spikes - shipping 1,495 SEK


How do you ship?

We normally ship via DHL and PostNord.

For bulky shipments such as sleds, skis and ice spikes, we use Schenker or Bussgods.


How long is the delivery time?

We usually ship your order within 1-3 business days, provided that the item is in stock.

The delivery time then depends on the shipping company.

We recommend that you track the shipment via the Mina Paket app or PostNord's app.


Open purchase

You always have 30 days of open purchase from the time you pick up the package.

When returning, contact us at [email protected] and provide your order number, and we will send you a return shipping label.


We will refund you when we have received and approved the return, provided that the item is unused, that all tags are still attached and that the packaging is in original condition.

Please note: The shipping cost for your order is not refundable.


Products with a best before date (e.g. energy & freeze-dried food) have a 14-day open purchase.


Return costs

Standard return in Sweden: 69 SEK


Return of skis/sleds: 495 SEK


International customers are responsible for return shipping


Do you deliver internationally?

Yes, we deliver worldwide. Shipping options are displayed at checkout.

Please note that customers outside the EU may have to pay import duties and VAT.


Winter-related questions

Do you install bindings when purchasing ski packages?

Yes, binding installation is included free of charge when you buy skis and bindings from us - regardless of whether you buy a ready-made package or put together your own.


Can I upgrade ski boots or bindings in the ski packages?

Absolutely! You can upgrade to other ski boots or bindings. You only pay the difference.

Do you sharpen cross-country skates?

Yes, we offer sharpening of touring skates.
