Delivery method

Standard shipping

Delivery time: 2–5 working days

We choose the most convenient shipping option for your order. You can choose the shipping provider, but unfortunately we cannot control which agent the package ends up with.


PostNord Varubrev (trackable)

– Used for smaller, non-bulky orders

– Delivered to the mailbox when possible, otherwise to the nearest agent


DHL

– Used for heavier or bulky packages


Schenker

– Used for ice spikes, skis and poles

– Skis cannot be sent via PostNord due to package length


Express shipping

– Shipped the same day or next business day

– Delivery time within Sweden: 1–2 business days


Home delivery

– Packages are delivered to your home

– Smaller packages can be left in the mailbox or at the door


Direct delivery from supplier

In some cases, products can be sent directly from the supplier. You will be informed via email when this happens.


Pick up in store or locker

You can pick up your order at our store in Åre during regular opening hours.

Outside opening hours, you can pick up in our locker.

A code will be sent via text message/email when the order is packed and ready for pickup.


Delivery time

We normally pack and ship your order within 1–3 business days if the item is in stock.


You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order is ready to be shipped.


Please track the package via My Packages or the PostNord app.


Uncollected package:

If the package is not collected, SEK 249 will be charged for return shipping, administration and handling.

The package will remain with the agent for 7–14 days before being returned.
