Deliveries

Shipping costs:

To Swedish addresses, free shipping on orders over SEK 999. from SEK 59 for orders under SEK 999.


To addresses in Finland and Denmark, free shipping on orders over SEK 2,000. from SEK 129 for orders under SEK 2,000.


Within the EU, free shipping on orders over SEK 2,000, otherwise SEK 149. Exception: Skis, sleds, ski poles and ice skates, where the shipping cost is SEK 495 (select shipping option Europe shipping skis, poles)


Great Britain, Norway, Iceland, Greenland, free shipping on orders over SEK 2500. Otherwise SEK 149. Exception: Skis, sledges, ski poles and ice skates, where the shipping cost is SEK 895 (select shipping option international shipping skis, poles)


Rest of the world SEK 895. Exception: Skis, sledges, ski poles and ice skates, where the shipping cost is SEK 1495 (select shipping option international shipping skis, poles)


Return costs:

Return cost Swedish customers, SEK 69 for all orders except pikes/poles/skis/Pulkors which are charged SEK 249.


EU/International orders, the buyer is responsible for the return cost.


Delivery method:

Standard shipping. Normal delivery time 2-5 working days for orders within Sweden. 2-7 business days for international orders.


Here we choose the easiest shipping option. Option to choose which shipping provider you want is available. Unfortunately, we cannot currently choose which agent the package ends up with.


Less bulky orders are sent by Postnord Goods Letter (trackable). These are delivered as far as possible to your mailbox, but when this is not possible to your nearest agent. Heavier and bulkier orders are sent with DHL and Ice spikes, skis and poles are sent with Schenker. Unfortunately, we cannot send skis with Postnord, as the length of the packages is not accepted by the agents.


Express Shipping:

Shipped on the same day or first weekday after the weekend that the order reaches us. Delivery time 1-2 working days within Sweden. 2-4 working days for orders within the EU.


Home delivery:

Delivered to your home. ATTENTION! Smaller packages can be left in the mailbox/at the door.


In exceptional cases, some goods can be sent directly from the supplier. This will then be notified via email when the item has been shipped.


Pick up in our store/wardrobe outside the store

Orders can be picked up in our store in Åre during regular opening hours. At other times or upon request, orders can also be picked up in our cupboard outside the store. The code for the cabinet is sent in a separate SMS/email upon confirmation that the order is packed and ready to be picked up.


Delivery time:

We normally ship your order within 1-3 working days as long as everything is in stock. After that, it depends a little on the shipping company and shipping option chosen. The simplest thing is that you have downloaded the app Mina Paket or Postnord's app and you can follow the package all the way. You will receive an email with the package number as soon as your order is packed and ready.


If the package is not picked up, the buyer is charged SEK 249 for return shipping, handling fees and other handling. The package is with your agent for 14 days before it is returned to us.


Where do you deliver:

We deliver to the whole world. You will find the different shipping options at checkout. ATTENTION! international buyers from countries outside the EU may have to pay both import and VAT on orders.
