Terms of Purchase – Outdoor Buddies AB

§ 1. Prices and VAT

The prices shown in our webshop include Swedish value added tax (VAT) and exclude shipping, unless otherwise stated.

For customers outside the EU, prices are shown without Swedish VAT. Customs and import taxes may apply depending on the recipient country.

§ 2. Price changes and errors

The price that applies is the one stated at the time of order.

Prices may change without prior notice.

We reserve the right for obvious price errors, technical errors and possible typographical errors.

§ 3. Open purchase and right of exchange

We offer a 30-day open purchase and a 30-day right of exchange.

Exceptions:

Mounted skis are not included in the open purchase.

Products with a best before date (e.g. energy & freeze-dried food) have a 14-day open purchase.

Any comments on the delivery must be made within 48 hours of receipt.

§ 4. Shipping and return costs

Free shipping within Sweden on orders over 999 SEK

Shipping 59 SEK for orders under 999 SEK

Return cost:

69 SEK for standard products

495 SEK for skis, poles, sleds, ice spikes and 25L Nikwax canisters

The shipping cost at the time of purchase is not refundable when returning.

§ 5. Exchanges and return process

When exchanging or returning:

Contact us for a return shipping label

Fill in the packing slip with the order number and products being returned

When exchanging, place a new separate order

A physical return shipping label via mail costs 39 SEK.

International customers pay their own return shipping.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the email address provided is correct.

§ 6. Conditions for approved returns

In order for a return to be approved, the following applies:

The product must be unused

All labels and tags must remain attached

The product must be in its original packaging

The return label must not be attached directly to the original carton

- if this happens, a deduction of SEK 295 will be made

If the product cannot be sold at the regular price, a deduction will be made for depreciation.

Refunds will be made to the same payment method as when purchasing, minus the return fee.

§ 7. Uncollected packages

For uncollected packages, SEK 249 will be charged for return shipping, handling fee and handling.

Packages are held by the agent for 7–14 days before they are returned.

§ 8. Stock balance errors

We reserve the right to make errors in the stock balance.

If an ordered item is not available, we will contact you immediately.

§ 9. Delivery times

Normally your order will be shipped within 2-5 working days.

In the case of backorders or custom-made items, longer delivery times may occur.

Some products can be shipped directly from the supplier - this will be notified via email when the item has been shipped.

§ 10. Delivery method

PostNord Varubrev (trackable): for smaller/bulky packages

DHL: for heavier shipments

Schenker: for skis, poles and ice spikes

You can also choose your own shipping method at checkout.

§ 11. Changing shipping options

The selected shipping option can be changed depending on the weight or volume of the order.

§ 12. Payment options

We use Klarna Checkout, Swish handel, Stripe and Paypal.

§ 13. Discount codes

Only valid on regular prices, unless otherwise stated

Hilleberg & Jemtlander are always excluded (unless otherwise stated)

Discount codes must be used at the time of purchase and cannot be added afterwards

§ 14. Laundry service

Outdoor Buddies AB is responsible for damage that occurs due to mechanical damage.

Normal wear and tear or parts that break in the wash are not covered by liability.

§ 15. Package prices and campaigns

Campaigns such as package prices or buy 3 pay for 2 apply to regular prices unless otherwise stated.

When returning parts of a campaign order, the price of the remaining goods is corrected to the regular price, and the difference is refunded.

Event conditions

§ 1. Booking

The booking becomes binding when the registration fee is paid.

Special cancellation rules apply to cancellations.

§ 2. Transfer

Your place can be transferred to another participant no later than 10 days before the event starts.

A name change fee may apply.

§ 3. Binding registration

Registration is binding and no refunds will be made.

We recommend separate insurance through an insurance company.

§ 4. Participation at your own risk

Participation is at your own risk.

Outdoor Buddies is not responsible for damage to persons or equipment.

Insurance is recommended.

§ 5. Cancelled event

In the event of a cancelled event, the full registration fee will be refunded.

We reserve the right to cancel the event if the number of participants is low.

§ 6. Force majeure

We do not compensate for trips or events that are cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:

Natural disasters

War, riots, terrorist acts

Extreme weather

Fires

Cancelled flights or transport problems
