Terms and Conditions for Purchases & Orders | Outdoor Buddies
The prices shown in our webshop include Swedish value added tax (VAT) and exclude shipping, unless otherwise stated.
For customers outside the EU, prices are shown without Swedish VAT. Customs and import taxes may apply depending on the recipient country.
The price that applies is the one stated at the time of order.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
We reserve the right for obvious pricing errors, technical errors and any typing errors.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee and a 30-day exchange period .
Exception:
Mounted skis are not included in the open purchase.
Products with a best before date (e.g. energy & freeze-dried food) have a 14-day open purchase period .
Any comments on the delivery must be made within 48 hours of receipt.

Return cost:
SEK 69 for standard products
SEK 495 for skis, poles, sleds, shackles, ice spikes and 25L Nikwax cans
The shipping cost at the time of purchase is not refunded upon return.
When exchanging or returning:
Contact us for a return shipping label
Fill out the delivery note with the order number and products being returned.
When exchanging, you place a new separate order.
Physical return shipping label via mail costs 39 SEK.
International customers pay their own return shipping.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the email address provided is correct.
For a return to be approved, the following applies:
The product must be unused.
All labels and tags must remain in place.
The product must be in its original packaging.
Return label must not be attached directly to original carton.
– if this happens, a deduction of SEK 295 will be made
If the product cannot be sold at regular price, a deduction is made for depreciation.
Refunds will be made to the same payment method as the purchase, minus the return fee.
For packages not collected , SEK 249 will be charged for return shipping, handling fee and handling.
Packages stay with agents for 7–14 days before being returned.
We reserve the right to make any errors in stock balance.
If an ordered item is not available, we will contact you immediately.
Normally, your order will be shipped within 2–5 business days .
In the case of backorders or custom-made items, longer delivery times may occur.
Some products can be shipped directly from the supplier - this will be notified via email when the item has been shipped.

The selected shipping option may change depending on the weight or volume of the order.

Discount codes must be used at the time of purchase and cannot be added afterwards.
Outdoor Buddies AB is responsible for damage that occurs due to mechanical damage.
Normal wear and tear or parts that break in the wash are not covered by liability.
Promotions such as package prices or buy 3 pay for 2 apply to regular prices unless otherwise stated.
When returning parts of a promotional order, the price of the remaining items will be corrected to the regular price, and the difference will be refunded.

The booking becomes binding when the registration fee is paid.
Special cancellation policies apply for cancellations.
Your place can be transferred to another participant no later than 10 days before the event starts.
A name change fee may apply.
Registration is binding and no refunds will be made.
We recommend separate insurance through an insurance company.
Participation is at your own risk.
Outdoor Buddies is not responsible for damage to persons or equipment.
Insurance is recommended.
If the event is cancelled, the full registration fee will be refunded.
We reserve the right to cancel events in the event of low participation.
We do not compensate for trips or events that are cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:
Natural disasters
War, riots, terrorist acts
Extreme weather
Fires
Cancelled flights or transportation problems
