Icebug insoles are a convenient and easy way to get a really good insole. Instead of spending time and money buying expensive custom-made insoles, you choose a size and an arch height that suits you - and then you're done!

80% of all users can have MEDIUM. If you have flat feet or a very high arch, you probably already know about it and can choose LOW or HIGH.

Slim - For running shoes, golf shoes, cycling shoes and sneakers

Should you choose SLIM or COMFORT?

Icebug Insoles are based on the natural movement of the foot. To ensure sufficient support for the arches of the foot without inhibiting the natural movement of the foot, Icebug Insoles offer dynamic support. It effectively protects the arches of the foot from collapsing while allowing the muscles of the foot to work and maintain strength.

🦶🏼 SLIM – For running shoes, football boots and dress shoes
Icebug Insoles Slim is an extra thin version of our footbed. This makes it suitable for everything from football and running shoes to sneakers and other casual shoes with a low volume and tight fit. The footbed provides the same good support as Comfort but slightly less cushioning because it is only 2 mm high.

This is the footbed for people looking for comfort. Comfort combines shock absorption with the unique dynamic support Icebug insoles offer. Comfort fits most shoes with removable insoles and that do not have a too tight fit. Comfort is 5 mm high with an extra layer of shock absorbing Poliyou®.

Three good things about insoles from Icebug

For the transverse arch of the foot:

The pad. At first it may feel a little different, but once you get used to the “little cushion” placed under the forefoot, you will really appreciate it. It gets muscles and tendons that have been inactive to start working again. In the middle of the step, the entire body weight rests on the foot. The pad then provides dynamic support for the forefoot arch and thus promotes its natural movement pattern.

For the longitudinal arch:

When the body weight is shifted forward, the arches of the foot flatten out to absorb the shock. The dynamics of the sole help the arches regain their natural shape.

For the heel:

When the heel is placed, the soft layers of the sole are compressed, which collects the fat pad in the heel and improves shock absorption.
