Please note: Any shipping costs you paid at the time of purchase will not be refunded upon return.

International customers pay for return shipping. You can find the return address at the bottom of the page.
You always have a 30-day money-back guarantee when you shop with us, unless otherwise stated.

Enter your order number and what you want to return.
You will receive a return shipping label via email within 48 hours .
The return shipping label must be used within 72 hours .
If you would like us to send you a physical return shipping label by post , there will be an additional fee of SEK 39 .
In order for us to approve your return, the following applies:
All labels, tags and tags must remain on the product.
The product must be unused .
The product must be returned in the original carton/packaging without damage .
If we determine that the product cannot be sold at regular price, for example because it is used, missing tags or has damaged packaging, a deduction for depreciation and restoration will be made from the amount refunded.
Include the delivery note or a note in the package stating:

If you want to exchange an item, simply place a new order in the webshop.
Returns are normally processed within 3–5 days of the package arriving at our location.

Please note that the package must be sent as a business package .
For packages sent to agents and not directly to our company address, a service fee of SEK 249 will be added, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
If something is wrong with the product, you as a private individual have the right to complain according to current Swedish consumer legislation.
You have the right to complain about an original defect that is discovered within three years of purchase.
Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after you discovered or should have discovered the defect.
The right to complain expires no later than two months after the three-year liability period has passed.
