Returns & Complaints

Return cost 69 sek all orders except pikes/poles/skis/Sleds and 25 Liter cans with Nikwax will be charged 495 sek. NOTE! Any shipping costs from the time of purchase are not refunded upon return.


NOTE! This only applies to Swedish customers. International customers are responsible for the return shipping themselves.


You always have a 30-day open purchase when you shop with us. NOTE! exceptions apply to these products/categories. For products adapted to the customer's needs (e.g. assembled skis, similar) meter goods, no open purchase applies. As well as products with a best before date, there is a 14-day open purchase


If you want to exchange/return something, contact us at order@outdoorbuddiesshop.se and enter your order number. You will receive a return shipping label by email within 48 hours. This must then be used within 72 hours.


NOTE! if you want us to send you a physical return shipping label, there will be a fee of 39 SEK


NOTE! For the return to be approved, all labels and tags must remain on the product, it must be delivered in the original box without damage and the product must be unused. If we judge that the product cannot be sold at a regular price, the amount for depreciation and restoration of the product will be deducted from the amount refunded.


Write on the delivery note/a label which products and order number are being returned and if you want to exchange, then just place a new order.


Returns are handled continuously within 3-5 days in normal cases.

Please note that the package must be sent as a company package. For packages that arrive at a representative, a service cost of 249 SEK will be deducted from the amount refunded.


Complaints

If there is a fault with the product, you as a private individual have the right to complain about the faulty product according to the mandatory consumer protection legislation in Sweden. According to this legislation, you as a consumer have the right to complain about an original fault in the product that has been discovered within three years of the date you as a consumer purchased it. The complaint must always be made within a reasonable time from the date you should have discovered the fault. The right to complain about a product expires no later than two months after the three-year liability period has passed.


To make a complaint, email us at order@outdoorbuddiesshop.se, attaching the order number, pictures and a description of the fault.
