Return Cost
Return Shipping: 69 SEK for all orders
Exception: the following products have a return shipping fee of 495 SEK:

Please note: Any shipping costs you paid at the time of purchase will not be refunded upon return.
Sweden & International Customers
These return terms only apply to Swedish customers.
International customers pay for the return shipping themselves. You can find the return address at the bottom of the page.
Open Purchase
You always have a 30-day open purchase when shopping with us, unless otherwise stated.
Exceptions to open purchase:
Products that have been customized according to the customer's wishes, for example:
Assembled skis
Similar custom-made goods
By the meter
Products with a best-before date:
A 14-day open purchase period applies here
How to make a return or exchange

Enter your order number and what you want to return.
You will receive a return shipping label via email within 48 hours.
The return shipping label must be used within 72 hours.
If you want us to send you a physical return shipping label by mail, a fee of SEK 39 will be added.
Conditions for approved returns
In order for us to approve your return, the following applies:
All labels, labels and tags must remain on the product.
The product must be unused.
The product must be returned in the original box/packaging without damage.
If we determine that the product cannot be sold at the regular price, for example because it is used, missing tags or has damaged packaging, a deduction for depreciation and restoration will be made from the amount refunded.
Include the delivery note or a note in the package stating:
Order number
Which products you are returning
If you want to exchange the item, simply place a new order in the webshop.
Returns are normally processed within 3–5 days of the package arriving at our location.

Please note that the package must be sent as a company package.
For packages sent to a representative and not directly to our company address, a service fee of SEK 249 will be added, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Complaints
If there is something wrong with the product, you as a private individual have the right to complain in accordance with current Swedish consumer legislation.
You have the right to complain about an original defect that is discovered within three years from the time of purchase.
Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after you discovered or should have discovered the defect.
The right to complain expires no later than two months after the three-year liability period has passed.
