Backpack sizes

The size of your back is important for your safety and comfort, which is why we have developed ORTOVOX backpacks in different sizes for different back lengths.

How to find your backpack size based on your back length

To determine your back length, use a tape measure to measure yourself from the top of your hip bone up to the 7th cervical vertebra (it will clearly stand out).

The standard back system can be used for a back length from 42 cm to 50 cm.*

The short back system can be used for a back length from 36 cm to 44 cm.* You can recognize the short back system by the extra "S" in the product name.

*Sizes are recommendations only. All backpacks should be tried on in person.
