The probe for all rescue organizations. ORTOVOX STEEL 320 + PFA is a retractable professional steel probe with PFA system, 320 cm long. Thanks to the optimized PFA system, this professional probe can be assembled lightning fast and is also more compact. The quick-mount strap pulls the probe together using a robust steel cable pull without shifting the elements. As with all Ortovox probes, this professional probe features easy-to-read depth markers, a clear 1 meter marker and a neon orange bottom segment, providing a visual indication of victim proximity. The diameter of the steel segments of 12 mm makes ORTOVOX STEEL 320+ PFA extremely durable and rigid. It comes in a length of 320 cm, but can be extended with additional segments. The new and improved rubberized grip also ensures safe, ice-free handling in all conditions.

PFA QUICK ASSEMBLY SYSTEM 2.0

The successor to Ortovox's oft-copied quick-mount system is even SLIMMER and MORE COMPACT, while offering the same proven smooth clamping performance. Thanks to the NEW QUICK ASSEMBLY STRAP, the probe can be mounted directly from the cover. It can be folded by pressing the system lid with your thumb.

PROBE'S VISUAL GUIDE SYSTEM

The intuitive visual guide system always gives you quick and clear information about the depth of the victim. You can adapt your digging strategy and save important time thanks to the clear 1m marker, CONTRASTING DEPTH SCALE and COLORFUL END SEGMENTS. The bottom segment in neon orange indicates when you are approaching the victim.

QUICK RELEASE

The quick mounting strap enables immediate OPENING AND MOUNTING IN ONE MOVEMENT, without having to first remove the probe from the cap.

LARGE PROBE TIP

The significantly larger diameter of the probe tip compared to the probe elements ensures improved penetration.
