Returns

Return cost SEK 69, all orders except pikes/poles/skis/Sleds are charged SEK 249.

ATTENTION! It only applies to Swedish customers. International customers are responsible for return shipping.

You always have a 30-day open purchase & 30-day exchange right when you shop with us. NOTE, this does not apply to mounted skis, food or goods by the metre.

If you want to exchange/return something, contact us at [email protected] and enter your order number. You will receive a return shipping slip by email within 48 hours. This must then be used within 72 hours.

ATTENTION! if you want us to send a physical return shipping label, a fee of SEK 39 will be added

ATTENTION! For the return to be approved, all tags and tags must remain on the product, they must be delivered in the original box without damage and the product must be unused. If we judge that the product cannot be sold at an ordinary price, the amount for the reduction in value and the restoration of the product is deducted from the amount that is refunded.

Write on the packing slip/a piece of paper which products and order number are being returned and if you want to exchange, then just place a new order.

Returns are handled continuously within 3-5 days in normal cases.
