Lifesystems First Aid Light & Dry Nano is an ultra-light and compact first aid kit designed for competitions and adventures where every gram counts. The kit contains equipment to treat abrasions, minor cuts and other common ailments that can occur during trail running, ultra running, hiking and cycling.

The entire kit weighs just 95 grams and measures 12 × 12 × 3.5 centimeters. The contents are stored in a waterproof LokTop inner bag that helps keep dressings and other equipment dry and organized.

Developed for running and multisport

The Light & Dry Nano is designed with racing and fast-paced outdoor activities in mind. Its compact size means it can easily fit in a running vest, waist bag, bike bag or small backpack.

The contents are designed for quick treatment of common minor injuries. You will receive, among other things, abrasion plasters, compresses, saline wipes, zinc oxide tape and an elastic adhesive bandage.

Waterproof inner bag

Bandages and compresses need to be kept dry and clean until use, which is why the contents are in a waterproof Lifesystems LokTop bag measuring 10.2 × 18 centimeters.

The transparent inner bag makes it easier to see and find the right product when you need to act quickly. Please note that it is the inner bag that provides the water protection and that it must be closed correctly after opening.

For longer expeditions, group activities or trips far from help, the kit should be supplemented with equipment adapted to the activity, group size and possible risks. It is not a substitute for first aid training or professional medical care.

Check the expiration dates on sterile products and sunscreen before each season or extended trip. Used, opened or damaged items should be replaced immediately so that the kit is always complete when needed.
