The Alpina Outlander BC is a technical and highly versatile ski touring boot that combines low weight with good stability and comfort. It is developed for the Rottefella NNN BC binding system and is excellent for both ski touring and cross-country skating.
The boot is equipped with a plastic cuff with powerstrap fastening , which provides extra support around the ankle and increased control - especially when skiing downhill or when you are carrying a pack. Inside, there is an Alpitex membrane in a sock construction with taped seams , which keeps your feet dry, while Thinsulate insulation ensures that you stay warm even on cold winter days.
The laces are covered to protect against snow and ice, which both increases comfort and improves the boot's water resistance. Together with the wide last, this creates a warm, comfortable and forgiving boot that fits many feet.
The BC sole from Rottefella provides precise flex in the stride while maintaining stability, making the Alpina Outlander BC a very good choice for medium to heavy tours and as an alternative to touring skates with BC bindings.
