Stable ski boot for ski touring and winter expeditions

Guide Expedition BC is based on Lundhags classic shell principle. The shaft is made of durable Perwanger leather and the lower part consists of Certech 5.0 cellular rubber, which protects the foot and insulates against the cold from below.

Compared to the Lundhags Guide BC, the Expedition model has a taller shaft. This provides increased support and stability when riding with a pack or moving in more demanding terrain.

Removable inner shoe in 5 mm wool felt

The removable inner boot is made of 5 mm wool felt and features Lundhags HFC heel grip. The construction helps keep the heel in place and provides warmth on cold winter days.

The fact that the inner boot can be removed is a big advantage on longer trips. It can be dried separately in the cabin, tent or sleeping bag and can also be replaced if necessary.

The Guide Expedition BC has a wide fit and spacious toe box. This provides room for the foot and a custom ski sock without squeezing the toes.

Measure the length of your foot and compare with Lundhags size guide before choosing a size. Also consider what type of socks you plan to use. Don't automatically choose a larger size to accommodate multiple thick socks - a boot that is too big can result in poor heel grip and control.

Ski binding compatibility

The ski boot has a Rottefella BC sole and is intended for Rottefella NNN BC bindings .

It is not compatible with standard NNN cross-country bindings, Rottefella Xplore or NN75 bindings. Always check which binding system your skis have before ordering.

Care instructions

Remove the liners after use and let them dry separately. Do not dry the boots directly on a hot radiator, stove or other strong heat source.

Clean the leather and cellular rubber after your trip and treat the leather parts regularly with a product suitable for Lundhags boots and ski boots. Proper care helps the material maintain its function and extends the life of the ski boot.
