Each 33 g package contains 22 g carbohydrates and 110 mg sodium - which makes them as powerful as a traditional 60 g synthetic gel but with a completely natural recipe packaged in a stylish and practical bag in a pocket format that does not disturb your stomach.

Recommended intake: 1-3 nectar per hour. It can take endurance athletes up to 90 minutes of moderate to intense exercise to completely deplete the body of glycogen stores (energy).

The most important rule is to refuel before you need it ... to eat before you are hungry ... not as you feel you are crashing or hitting the wall.

We generally recommend that you take your first sports gel somewhere between 45-60 minutes into a workout and then take them every 20-30 minutes or so thereafter. Always take our energy gels with water, as without water, they take longer to digest and enter the bloodstream.

Also consider switching between caffeine and non-caffeine energy gels to ensure you do not take too much caffeine. Max 5 per day.
