Each fizzy tablet is calorie-free and tasteless and provides 50-100mg of caffeine. Perfect to send down in the sports drink bottle to "spike" the sports drink a little extra if it's going to go away or you've just sat in the saddle or run/skied for a long time and need a little mental support. 100mg of caffeine corresponds to the amount found in a really large cup of coffee. Or maybe more like 1.5 regular cups of coffee, although now a cup is a very fuzzy measurement. In the middle of the effervescent tablets there is a break so you can easily dose half a tablet (50mg caffeine).
