Umara U Gel Cola+ (33ml/42g)

U Gel 1:0.8 is a liquid gel of 33ml with a carbohydrate composition between glucose (maltodextrin) and fructose of 1:0.8. Each gel provides 20g of carbohydrates + electrolytes. The flavors with a + sign mean they contain caffeine. This rule applies to our entire range and for this product it is the Colage that has 21mg of caffeine in it.

The gel is easy-flowing, so you do not need to drink water in connection with intake. The gel contains all 4 major electrolytes that you lose through sweat (Sodium, Potassium, Calcium and Magnesium) in a well-balanced amount.

Packaged in a long narrow package of 160x45mm which is sized to fit well in both bike pockets and running tights. It's just so full that it can be folded lengthwise once too if you want it shorter.
