U Recover is Umara's 100% vegan recovery drink with a smooth, soft flavor of chocolate or vanilla (or vanilla/chocolate if you feel like mixing 50/50). 1.5-3 scoops (50-100g) are mixed in 500ml of water or milk and consumed immediately after physical activity to speed up the re-deposition of muscle glycogen and deliver complete protein to provide all the necessary building blocks for muscle reconstruction.

The protein in U Recover is based on a carefully balanced amount of Pea protein isolate, Soy protein isolate, Rice protein + BCAA which gives the protein the same complete amino acid composition as whey protein which is considered the "golden standard" when it comes to optimal protein. We do not compromise on quality and perfection in product development.

The carbohydrate source is maltodextrin, which quickly replenishes your muscles with new muscle glycogen. In addition to that, it also contains the amino acid Glutamine which acts as fuel for the immune system + salt equivalent to what you lose in 500ml of sweat.

In summary, U Recover is enough before you set your sights on a proper meal. Try to eat a balanced meal as soon as possible after finishing the session. U Recover is best taken within 30 minutes of finishing the session for the fastest possible recovery
