1st U Intend Shot 60ml
8 pcs U Sport Portion (100g)
4 pcs U Gel (30g Carbs)
2 U Bars (30g Carbs)
2 bottles
Use (12h cycle time)
Mix 6 U Sport portion 100g in the bottles (3 bags/bottle). This gives 60g of carbohydrates per hour for 9 hours.
After 9h, you mix one of the bottles with 2 new portion bags and thus have energy (60gh) for the last 3h of cycling.
1 U Gel or U Bar is taken every two hours (hours 1, 3, 5, etc.) and this gives a total of 15g carbohydrates per hour.
You take the U Intend 60ml shot halfway into the race
