REAL Turmat Creamy Pasta with Pork is a mild and tasty freeze-dried pasta casserole in a creamy sauce with pork. The dish can be compared to a pasta carbonara , but has a broader and more nuanced flavor spectrum thanks to vegetables, herbs and cheese.

The meal combines durum wheat pasta with tender pieces of pork, peppers and leeks in a creamy sauce based on cream and cheese powder. The seasoning with garlic, parsley and thyme gives a round and balanced character that makes the dish easy to eat and very filling.

Pasta ( durum wheat ) (35%), pork (pork (85%), vegetable fiber, salt, stabilizers (E450, E451), antioxidant (rosemary flavor)) (16%), onion, paprika (9%), leek (8%), cream ( milk ) (7%), rapeseed oil, corn starch, meat broth (salt, maltodextrin, yeast extract, beef extract, rapeseed oil, color (E150c), onion), cheese powder (dried cheese ( milk ), whey ), garlic, flavoring, parsley (0.1%), thyme (0.08%), antioxidant (ascorbic acid).

Cooking

Tear off the top of the bag at the marking.

Add 3.7 dl of warm water up to the level marker.

Stir well, close the bag with a ziplock and let rest for 8 minutes .

Eat the meal within 2 hours of adding water.
