OrganoTex BioCare Wool & Down Wash

BioCare Wool & Down Wash is a bio-based fine detergent for wool and down. The detergent contains lanolin, the natural fat of wool, which restores the natural good properties of wool and down. Also contains lemon eucalyptus oil which has an antibacterial function and gives a faint fresh scent. Down garments or down sleeping bags in nylon/ripstop, which are made of shinier material, are not damaged and retain their shine. When the water no longer beads off the down jacket, the garment can be re-impregnated with OrganoTex Spray-On or Wash-In Waterproofing to improve water repellency.

Suitable for wool and down, as well as merino wool, mohair, silk, cashmere and similar delicate materials.

The product is easily biodegradable, highly concentrated, largely bio-based and PFAS-free.

Content

15-30% soap, 5-15% nonionic surfactants, 1-5% anionic surfactants, <1% lanolin (wool grease), preservative (2-phenoxyethanol), perfume (lemon eucalyptus essential oil).

Approach

1) Shake the bottle. Make sure the detergent compartment is completely clean.

2) Dose 25 ml (soft water) or 40 ml (hard water) in the detergent compartment for approx. 2–4 kg. Do not use fabric softener.

3) Wash and dry the garment according to the product's washing instructions.

Hand washing: Dose approx. 15 ml for 10 L of water. Let it sit and soak for a while. Then rinse thoroughly, but do not wring the garment, but gently squeeze it out of the water. Also works in cold water.

Consumption: About 20 washes. Shelf life: 24 months, opened packaging. Storage: Frost-free, inaccessible to children. Recycling: Sorted as plastic (rPET bottle).
