The Lifesystems Trek First Aid Kit is a compact first aid kit for hiking, camping, traveling and other daily outdoor activities. It contains equipment to treat cuts, scrapes, abrasions, minor burns and other minor injuries.

The kit weighs 240 grams and contains 30 items collected in a compact red storage bag. With scissors, tweezers, gloves, compresses, bandages and plasters, it provides a more comprehensive content than the smallest first aid kits.

For hiking and outdoor activities

The Trek First Aid Kit is designed for minor accidents while hiking, camping and traveling. The 14 × 11 × 5 centimeter format makes it easy to pack in your daypack, hiking backpack, car or camping gear.

The kit is particularly suitable for individuals, couples and small groups on shorter trips. For larger groups, expeditions or activities far from rescue assistance, the contents should be supplemented according to the risks of the activity and the needs of the participants.

Check and complete the kit

Regularly check expiration dates and packaging on sterile products. Used, opened or damaged items should be replaced immediately so that the kit is complete for the next round.

Feel free to adjust the contents according to activity, season and personal needs. For trips in wet environments, the entire kit should be stored in a separate waterproof packing bag.

The Trek First Aid Kit is intended for basic first aid. It is not a substitute for first aid training, professional medical care, or more extensive equipment for serious injuries.
