Calazo Toppturer i Jämtland

In Jämtland you will find many of the country's most popular mountain peaks. There are fantastic opportunities for all types of skiing here – from hair-raising steep chutes to gentle slopes. This book is almost a complete catalogue that includes more than 100 of Jämtland's mountain peaks and no less than 250 downhill runs.

Each run in the book is described with facts about drop height, aspect and maximum slope. An important part of the book is the “new generation mountain map” where laser data has created opportunities to illustrate the mountains with greater detail than ever before. Many runs are also drawn on photographs to further facilitate finding the right run line.

The book is written by Anette Andersson, Johan Ranbrandt, Henrik Westling and Martin Strömgren. The authors are residents of Jämtland and very experienced skiers who have contributed in various ways to the development of top touring in Jämtland.
