Umara U Omega-3 Capsule is a high-quality omega-3 supplement based on fish oil from wild-caught, white-listed fatty fish (herring) that has lived in cold waters. Cold waters provide more energy-rich fat stores and thus a high natural content of the omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA . Each capsule contains 1 g of fish oil with a total of 300 mg EPA+DHA (EPA 180 mg, DHA 120 mg) .

EPA and DHA both contribute to the normal function of the heart , while DHA also contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision . Umara uses controlled fishing waters and ensures that no red-listed or endangered fish species are used in production.

The product is developed by biomedical scientists in Sweden and manufactured in Sweden according to HACCP/GMP standards . All ingredients are approved by EFSA , which guarantees high quality and safe use. The recommended dose is 3 capsules per day with meals , which means that the jar with 275 capsules will last for about 3 months .
