Umara U Loader is a carboloader developed for effective carbohydrate loading before competition or really tough training periods. It contains Palatinose (Isomaltulose) as the sole carbohydrate source – a carbohydrate with a low glycemic index (GI 32) that provides a calm and even absorption, perfect for loading over several days.

Unlike fast sports drinks, U Loader is not designed for immediate energy during the workout, but to fill muscle glycogen stores in a gentle and sustainable way for 2–3 days before performance.
