Umara U Bar Blueberry is a gluten-free energy bar based on gluten-free oatmeal , designed for endurance sports where the stomach must function even at high intensity. Each bar weighs 45 g and provides 30 g of carbohydrates with a 1:0.8 ratio between glucose and fructose , a composition that Umara describes as as kind to the stomach as possible for a bar.

The bar is naturally flavoured with blueberries (1.8%) , which gives it a mild berry flavour and a light blue-purple colour. The consistency is soft and chewy , and since it lacks a chocolate or yoghurt coating, you avoid getting messy in the heat while remaining easy to eat even in cooler weather . A thin layer of whole gluten-free rolled oats on the outside makes the bar easy to handle and adds texture.

U Bar Blueberry is 100% vegan , developed by biomedical scientists in Sweden and manufactured in Sweden according to HACCP/GMP . All ingredients are EFSA approved , ensuring high quality and safe use.
