The Topo Athletic Phantom 4 is a highly cushioned neutral running shoe for men , designed for daily runs, long runs, walks and everyday use . In its fourth generation, the Phantom has undergone a significant update with more cushioning, lower weight and improved comfort , making it Topo's premier daily trainer for roads and hard surfaces.

The updated ZipFoam™ midsole is lighter, softer and more responsive than previous versions, while the stack height has been increased to 35mm in the heel and 30mm in the forefoot . The result is a more protective, yet still balanced running feel that lasts for miles. The shoe has a 5mm drop , which gives a natural and relaxed stride without feeling flat.

The upper is made of thin, breathable engineered mesh that provides good lockdown in the midfoot and heel, while the signature Topo fit with a spacious toe box allows the toes to spread naturally. This contributes to increased comfort, better balance and reduced risk of chafing – especially during longer sessions. The Phantom 4 also comes with an OrthoLite® Performance insole for extra step-in comfort, ventilation and durability.
