the OMM Core Hoodie – Ultralight active insulation for high heart rate

The OMM Core Hoodie represents a whole new way of thinking about active insulation. It is designed for those who move fast and intensely in the mountains, on the trails or during long training sessions where traditional fleece often gets too warm. With PRIMALOFT® ACTIVE 75 g you get the warmth of a fleece – at less than half the weight .

The insulation consists of a synthetic “plum” woven into an open, stretchy mesh. The result is a garment with almost total air permeability , which allows excess heat to be vented away as the pace increases. This means you can keep the garment on even when your heart rate rises and instead regulate your temperature by taking off or putting on a shell garment.

The Core Hoodie works equally well in wet and dry conditions . PRIMALOFT® ACTIVE continues to insulate even when the material gets damp and quickly wicks away sweat, reducing the risk of chilling during breaks or weather changes. This makes it an extremely versatile midlayer for quick adventures with minimal packing.

The soft, rolled hood acts as both a hood and collar, providing extra warmth without chafing. Flatlock seams are strategically placed away from the shoulders for maximum comfort under a backpack, and the low weight of only 115 grams makes the Core Hoodie an obvious choice for ultralight enthusiasts.
