Avalanche equipment

Avalanche equipment for top tours and off-piste

At Outdoor Buddies you will find avalanche transceivers, avalanche shovels and avalanche probes for buddy rescue in avalanche terrain. Choose individual products or a complete avalanche kit with the three basic parts:

Avalanche transmitter: Transmits a signal and can be set to search for other avalanche transmitters.

Avalanche probe: Used to locate a buried person under the snow.

Avalanche shovel: Used to dig out the person after locating them.

The range also includes avalanche backpacks, spare parts and accessories . An avalanche backpack supplements the basic equipment and does not replace a transmitter, shovel and probe.

Everyone in the group needs their own basic equipment and the ability to use it. Combine the equipment with avalanche knowledge, thoughtful trip planning, and regular buddy rescue practice.
