When to use

Getting the right fuel can make a big difference for your entire day, so considering your diet before, during and after your sport, it is important if you want to avoid the top level and the drop in energy levels.

 For moderate-intensity exercise, you should aim to consume 45g-60g of carbohydrates per hour versus 45g for low-intensity exercise and increase to 60g-90g for higher-intensity sessions.

Each bar contains an average of 37 g of carbohydrates. For sessions lasting more than 90 minutes, it is important to start thinking from the beginning.

Recommended intake: one third of a bar every 20 minutes Eat a little & often & always stay well hydrated. Consume together with our real hydration area.
