Umara's Vitamin D tablets contain 2500 IU (International Units) of Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol).

Vitamin "D3" is the version of vitamin D that is most important to us humans. 2500 IU corresponds to the amount that ensures that together with a varied diet you get a sufficiently high vitamin intake even as an athlete. This is especially important during the winter months when we northerners cannot (have) very hard time synthesizing vitamin D from the sun's rays.
