Umara Softbottles / Softflasks are soft, lightweight bottles, free from PVC and BPA that you can easily roll up when empty. Made of TPU material that can withstand liquids from a few degrees below zero to +60 degrees Celsius. They are available in three sizes, perfect for filling with water, sports drinks or easy-to-flow gels.

The 150 ml bottle holds 3x3g g carbs gel (50ml/st) and the 250,l bottle holds 5pcs U Gel 30 g Carbs (50ml/st) so you get 90-150 grams of carbohydrates in a small softbottle, which provides all the energy you need for your 2-3 hour long sessions. Supplement with water in one of the other bottles and you have a flexible and simple energy plan.
