Umara's Omega3 comes from fatty fish that have swum in cold waters. Colder water = energy-rich fat layers with a high content of Omega3 fatty acids.

 - 1000mg fish oil / capsule.

 - Rich in EPA (180mg) and DHA (120mg) = 300mg/capsule.

 - EPA and DHA both contribute to the normal functioning of the heart.

 - DHA contributes to maintaining normal brain function and normal vision.

Umara's Omega3 comes from controlled fisheries and does not contain fish oil from endangered (red-listed) fish.
