Mountain Raid 233 uses the thicker Primaloft Cross-Core GOLD insulation to extend the temperature range of the sleeping bag. It is constructed of a combination of materials to ensure maximum performance.

The PointZero shell has a DWR treatment to facilitate water repellency and Primaloft insulation that works even when wet.

A half-length zipper reduces cold spots and the total weight, while a tight-fitting adjustable mummy-style hood helps capture maximum heat. A tapered fit reduces dead air and the shaped foot box provides a more comfortable sleeping position.
