Constructed from Dyneema reinforced nylon and combined with a highly breathable membrane and all the features you expect from a shell jacket, but weighing less than most other jackets.

Equally at home on a rain-swept moor as on an exposed alpine ridge, the Aether offers the durability of a much heavier shell jacket but with the weight and packability of much thinner jackets, thanks to the incredible physics behind Dyneema. Dyneema, the world's strongest fiber, is 15 times stronger than steel but weighs close to silk. Commonly found in ballistic body armor, climbing harnesses and boating gear, Dyneema has long been prized for its incredible lightweight strength and durability.

And it is this durability that makes Aether one of the OMM's most durable jackets to date. Combined with the now industry standard PFC-free DWR and PFAS-free membrane, Dyneema is made from recycled materials and opens up the possibility of a fully sustainable and circular manufacturing, minimizing waste and reducing the impact of both manufacturing and use.
