ALL-ROUNDER for Ski Enthusiasts
Very technical, lightweight backpack for demanding ski tours
The most important equipment can be stowed or retrieved without having to take the backpack off your back
Features tailored for skiing
Very light, minimalist and compact
From long uphills to steep couloirs: Ski tours in alpine terrain require optimal weight and function. Switchback is a light, technically sophisticated backpack with alpine features for demanding ski tours. Pure performance for rock, ice and snow.
A particularly practical feature: quick access to equipment. Shoulder and hip pockets, a side compartment for crampons, crampons and crampons and a rope can all be easily accessed without having to take the pack off your back. A carabiner can also be used to attach skis parallel to the backpack while it is being carried.
Emergency equipment and a lightweight ice ax stored in the separate safety compartment can be quickly grabbed in an emergency, while all items in the main compartment can be accessed via the fully fold-out rear. A large separate compartment provides extra space in the upper part of the Switchback. Two ice ax holders, a daisy chain, a rope attachment and a helmet net complete the versatile attachment options.
In case of heavy loads, the ergonomic full contact light carrying system optimally distributes the load over the back. If the backpack is not too full, the volume can be effectively reduced with the help of the A-Skifix 3-point compression straps. Low weight, maximum function.
