The adaptive High Anchoring Rescue System™ (HARS)™ including body harness, sling, carabiner and a crotch strap helps keep you in the best possible water position and facilitates getting over the ice edge during a rescue operation. The HARS System™ is easy to detach when using the backpack for other activities.
