Hilleberg Snow & Sand Pins are extremely strong, lightweight and reliable ground pins developed to perform in both snow and sand – in all conceivable conditions. Unlike most snow pins on the market, which easily bend in hard snow, Hilleberg pins are made of extra-hardened aluminum that can withstand contact with shovels, ice axes and other winter equipment.

The wide and flat design provides excellent grip in loose, soft and packed snow as well as sand. Thanks to the cleverly placed hook and line, you can choose to use them as traditional tent pegs or bury them in the snow/sand as a deadman anchor - perfect when ground conditions are difficult.

When you buy this version individually, you get the same high-quality stick as in Hilleberg's multi-pack, but with the option to supplement or replace individual sticks as needed. Each stick comes with a storage bag in durable XP fabric , ideal for winter and expedition use.
